Salmon, Spinach, Avocado and Asparagus Salad

Ingredients
1 bunch Asparagus (ends trimmed)
Just under 1/2 pound roasted salmon fillet, (flaked)
1/3 pound Baby spinach leaves
1 Avocado (flesh sliced)
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 tablespoons Lime juice
2 teaspoons Brown sugar
Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Blanch the asparagus in a pan of boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain off the water, refresh the asparagus under cold water, then pat it dry with a paper towel.
  2. Whisk the olive oil, lime juice and brown sugar together in a bowl. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Toss the asparagus, salmon, spinach, and avocado together in a bowl until well combined, then toss the meadly with the dressing and garnish with sesame seeds.
