Rutabaga Fries

Vegan!

Ingredients
1 Rutabaga (cut into spears)
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 teaspoons Paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Any other seasonings you may care to use
Condiments for dipping such as:
Ketchup
Mustard
Sauces
Relish

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Gently toss the rutabaga spears with the oil and spices until they have been well coated. Lay out the spears on the prepared baking sheet, with a bit of space between each one.
  3. Bake the fries for 30 minutes, flipping the spears over after 15 minutes of cooking. Serve with condiments of choice for dipping.
