Serves: 4
Vegan!

Ingredients
3 Turnips
1 tablespoon Oil of choice
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/3 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
Ketchup (for dipping, optional)
Mustard (for dipping, optional)
And/or any other type of sauce you prefer

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Wash, peel, and remove the ends of the turnips. Cut the turnips into slices, then cut the slices into 1/2 inch thick fries. Pat dry with a paper towel if necessary.
  2. Mix the oil & spices together in a bowl, then toss the fries in the mixture until they are well coated. Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees.
  3. Place the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if necessary). Cook for 8 minutes.
  4. Shake the basket and/or flip the fries, then cook for 5 to 7 minutes more. If any fries look particularly done, remove them from the basket early. Serve with dips of choice, if desired.
